This will be a good time to ask any questions, inform us on any work performed previously or just share with us any information that you know about the problem. This will speed up the process and save us all a little time in the end.
Communication is Key

This way you’re fully aware of what needs to take place in order to resolve the situation. Only upon your approval will the work begin.
When the work is complete, we want your feedback to insure you are satisfied. We will explain how everything went and address any maintenance issues. Once you are 100% satisfied with the work, Payment is due and a receipt will be issued. There are some situations where half of the cost will paid upfront before any work can began. This will be explained prior to approval.
