The Flat-Out 4 Step Process
When a plumbing issue arises, who has time for a complicated process to get it resolved? Here at Flat-Out Plumbing we make it easy.
First off, we value your time and know that your issue deserves our immediate attention. Our technicians are guaranteed to arrive on time at your home or business for your scheduled appointment. We understand that you’ve placed your trust in us and we guarantee not to leave you hanging. When we make a promise to be at your home/business at a certain time, we’re committed to do so. Punctuality is how we want to start off our relationships with all of our customers.
Secondly, we will be asking you a few questions to find out a little more about the problems you’ve been experiencing in order to properly start the diagnostic process. This is the perfect time to ask questions and explain to us any previous work that was done or just sharing with us any information that you know about the problem area. This will speed up the process and save us all a little time in the end.
After the diagnostic process has been completed, we’ll provide you with a list of solutions so that we can present all of your options and explain all costs involved depending on the route you choose to take. This way you’re fully aware of what needs to take place in order to resolve the situation. Only upon your approval will the work begin. All of our technicians have been properly trained, background checked, drug tested and licensed by the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners to properly carry out the duties presented to you.
Lastly, once all the work is completed, we’ll conduct a briefing, to get your feedback and to ensure that you’re satisfied with the work performed. We’ll also explain how everything went and any maintenance issues that you should be informed of. All work completed will come with a warranty of some kind by Flat-Out Plumbing which will be explained before the work is performed. After everything is explained to you we will have you sign off that your 100% satisfied with the work. At that time money will be exchanged and a receipt will be issued to you. There are some situations where half of the total ticket will need to be paid upfront before any work will began. This all will be explained to you prior to your approval.
